I believe a good leader is a person who knows when they need to take charge. At the same time, they can let other people take lead and work with them to achieve the common goal. Leaders must be tough enough to fight but tender enough to cry. Leaders must be human enough to make mistakes, but also humble enough to admit them. I am very much inspired by the the potential that l have soon realized in me. It took me quite a lot of time to realize that l can sing, make good art (drawings) due to the absence of adequate knowledge and resources. When l was in my lower grades of Education l could not dream of leading anyone nor prospering in life due to the way l used to fail at school.
